However, there were two pertinent issues that caught my attention. The first point pertained to how and when an employee was expect to reveal any work relat ed challenges or problems. The second issue pertained to understanding that being ill-advised in taking an irrational decision is not a problem but ignoring it and not attempting to hatful it, may cause real problem and place and individual in a precarious situation. Moreover, it was perceptive to learn that nonprofit organizations are reliant on disclosure data. This maybe either internal in spirit such as that between board members and other employees or external in nature such with a government agency, beneficiary or donator.
